Bangladesh Squad Out for Africa Series

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the squad for the two upcoming four-day matches against South Africa Emerging Team. Several standout performers from the recent One Day series have retained their places, including Rakibul Hasan and Wasi Siddique, who impressed with their performances. Consistent performers like Maruf Mridha and Ripon Mondol have also been included.

Additionally, the squad features promising talents such as Iftakher Iftee, Ashiqur Rahman Shibli, Aich Mollah, and Pritom Kumar, who have been given opportunities to prove themselves in the longer format.

The first four-day match will begin on May 20 in Chattogram, while the second match will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on May 27.

Previously, Bangladesh Emerging Team defeated the touring South African side 2-1 in the three-match One Day series.
