With the goal of advancing further on the international stage, the Bangladesh women’s national football team has set off for Jordan. As part of the FIFA Women’s International Match Window, the team will play two friendly matches during their stay.
On Sunday (May 26), the team departed from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, traveling via Manama, Bahrain, en route to their final destination, Amman, Jordan. The team is scheduled to arrive in Jordan later the same day.
During this tour, Bangladesh will face host nation Jordan as well as Indonesia. These FIFA-recognized friendlies provide valuable opportunities for the players to gain international experience and work on their overall team development.
Officials from the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) are optimistic about the impact of the tour, expressing confidence that the experience will help better prepare the team for bigger international competitions in the future.
