The International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (IFBB) Academy in Dubai recently conducted a comprehensive Fitness Challenge course at the AB Fitness Gym. The event drew a significant turnout of athletes and fitness enthusiasts, alongside key leadership figures, including the Academy’s Chairman, Retired Colonel Abdulkarim Mohammed Saeed, and Academy Director Dr. Waleed Abdulkarim.

Professor Maurício de Arruda Campos, President of the Brazilian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, served as the lead instructor for the two-day program held on Friday and Saturday.
