Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt have officially advanced to the UEFA Champions League league phase following a decisive 3-0 victory in the second leg of their play-off against Dutch visitors NEC Nijmegen. The result sealed a commanding 6-1 aggregate win for the Norwegian club.
The hosts established control late in the first half, with Fredrik André Bjørkan opening the scoring in the 45+2 minute, followed by a second goal from Sønderjy Auckland in the 45+6 minute. The victory was confirmed in the 74th minute when NEC Nijmegen’s Devyron Funville scored an own goal, rounding off the 3-0 scoreline and securing Bodø/Glimt’s progression in the tournament.
