Santner’s efforts triumphed over Sam Curran’s terrific fifty in the first half of the contest as MI London’s total of 147 didn’t prove enough.

One more wicket at the stage could have been curtains for the batting side but Tim David and Santner took control of the chase.
A Tom Curran over turned the contest around as Santner picked him for a couple of fours and a six that put the chase back on track.
With the contest pretty much settled now, Santner came up with the finishing touch as he went 4,6,4 to bring up fifty for the first time in this competition before sealing the win with ten balls to go.
